Besides the fight (as in Gensei's multiskill vs Misaki's security) nothing interesting is happening.

The chapter had only 22 pages, which is at a weekly manga level.

Besides the replicator like building, nothing much interesting happened.
And if I understood it correctly, Kuroko is most likely watched through a flying camera Mitori uses.

Am I the only one who felt like the art quality kinda dropped in this chapter? It just felt like the art was kinda rushed…Maybe Fuyukawa is procrastinating.

Even if she has that "power", she's still the same. Nothing much changes. Only being less paranoid & not being a foxy lady like she is now.

She remembers seeing a manhole
The shadow appears and stabs Kuroko between teleports

Using the festival camera she hacked, Mitori sees Kuroko lying dead on the floor
She senses a chill along her neck and realizes something is happening
Outside, Gunha isn't moving and Touma is battered
Mikoto is transforming further

Seeing the transformation, Mitori presses a remote control button
Mikoto holds out her right arm and a large dark hole appears at the end
Mitori says Level 6 Mikoto will probably blow away AC, but she wants to make sure a certain person is killed

Gensei makes it to an open staircase and says he has already input the string of characters
As Mikoto holds up the giant black sphere, Mitori shouts for someone to "apologize to her in the afterlife"
At the last second, Kuroko arrives in the sewer where Mitori is hiding
With the help of Uiharu + an extra, they tricked Mitori with fake footage and found her location
Kuroko runs toward Mitori while telling her she can no longer escape

That's just what Mitori thinks, remember she thought that Mikoto was at full power at the beginning until Gensei said that she was only 2% on the way to Level 6.

It may be the idea of the fundamental interactions, where people are still trying to find a connection that would unify gravitational forces with the electromagnetism and the others.

Or without trying to think about the science much. Maybe any power at level 6, got such a finesse at controlling something it that it could be able to cause any kind of phenomena.

hope they didn't cope out The fight between Touma & Gunha Vs. Level 6 Misaka, it seem like were gearing up to the end, and we didn't get to see them fight that much

I don't think its the artist fault. Remember in the novel. Kamachi is using off screen fights lately.

Remember the artist only draws what script was given to him.

The chapter looks awesome.

I don't mind the skipped fight as long as Gunha will stand up next chapter.
You musn't forget those battle scenes with a lot of effects and complex terrain are hard to draw.
Static scenes with a lot of text and simple BG (like with Kuroko) are much easier.

Misaki got what she had coming, sadly Gensei didn't continued with the "misuse of her delicate body".

I am not sure why Mitori wa hiding in a DEAD END of the sewer, that was rather stupid.
Her going crazy was a bit minus to her character, I hoped she would only go after Aleister and not the whole AC.

Mikoto's transformation is awesome, though it does not looks like Raijin anymore.
Some people mentioned something about Nut, egyptian sky goddess.

i know that,.....but come on man, those offscreen fight in NT 8 with the magician is nothing compare to Level 6 misaka against touma & gunha. it felt so disappointed and a let down to not focus on that fight more then Kuroko and Misaki fight
