Or it could have been, "You have to strip me, and I get to it to you."

Tell you what, I liked her expression when he told her to strip him. To me it felt like for a moment she didn't know how to react to that, only reacting when he asked a second time.
This shows that she clearly isn't used to guys calling the shots. If he manned up a bit and walked out for now, she probably wouldn't know how to react to it for a bit.

I also hope the author works a bit with the bullied past, work a bit with his frustrations from that time and have him let it out on her in the form of a more assertive stance...

I think Terumi need to becarefull because she might use her charm and i notice that she just blush when he told her to strip him.
