I did a detailed search for your crietria in some anime databases. Samurai Champloo is the only thing that came up. And I guessing from your avatar that you've already seen it. Hip hop isn't something that exactly has been used in anime that much at all. Samurai Champloo is the only time it really was. The fact it was initially dropped in Japan at the 17th episode and then re-aired is an indicatyor as to why. Of course, the international anime community likes it. But in Japan, Watanabe's style isn't as appreciated.

not true. While dancing doesn't happen, hip hop culture isn't unknown to anime. See Soul Eater especially, and Gurren Lagann as well by the same composer, and Tokyo Tribes is a show where they pretend to have compton-style gangs is Tokyo so of course features hip hop.
Dancing though? Can't say it's likely. |
