Umm. I recently have a RAW and a .ass file on my computer and I'm wondering how to use the .ass file on MKV program?

You just have to name the ass file just like the raw, except that it must keep its "ass" extension name.
Play the raw, and voila.

Usually if the subtitle file is in the same directory as the video, and has the identical name, the player will use it automatically. Otherwise I recommend browsing the menus and help files for your player of choice.
