Thanks man, I was wondering why it was broken. Oh well, I will wait. Or reinstall and try to play it in Japanese if I ever have a whole lot more time to spare.

I have officially completed the game by finishing the Sasami Route. Btw, the true ending of muscle sensation can only be unlocked after clearing refrain and i believe all the heroines except for Saya

I just realized something about Miyuki Koshiki...

Did she actually die? I mean I thought she was saved in Refrain...with the true ending. Was she? They never really made mention or showed her. I wish they expanded more on her...she would have made an excellent character. Or even a side route bonus for Kengo lol

Also for the final end...i never quite understood this part in Refrain regarding Riki

When Riki went back in time and somehow was able to get rid of his narcolepsy...what the hell happened there? Was he able to somehow be born again without it? Was this because of of Komari's hair piece? I just never really thought about until now.

Since her death occurs before the fatal class trip, I don't believe Riki and Rin would have been able to save her. And Kengo only ever saves her in the dream world; he would save her in the real world if he had another chance, but the dream world only outputs people to the last few minutes before the bus explodes so I don't think he ever gets that second chance. So I believe that her death stays post-Refrain.

Though of course Komari's "wish" may have saved her, but that's a slim possibility. To be honest I think Rin and Riki were way more concerned about their own fates and their friends at the moment when they got that wish, to worry about a girl they didn't know very well. (Was the "wish" actually a wish, or was it just a catalyst object to convince Riki and Rin to realize and use their own newfound power?)

Unless she shows up in the post-Refrain bit but I don't remember her if she did.

Also for the final end...i never quite understood this part in Refrain regarding Riki

Hm, not sure, so I will be just purely speculating here without solid proof.

If I remember correctly in the final runthrough his narcolepsy creeps up on him, but he fights it off. So I would say he still has it, but due to his new strength from going through the dream world so many times he gets the ability push it away when he really, really wants to. I like your theory of being reborn, remembering the CG of naked Riki in a fetal position. But like I said above the dream world only lets people exit at the time right before the explosion so I don't think he was literally reborn. Maybe just figuratively reborn, reborn in a way that he shaped himself to harness his new power.

It's been a long time since I played Refrain so I might be mixing up Riki's attack for a panic attack rather than a narcolepsy attack. If that is so I still stand by the part of my theory about him reshaping himself into a stronger person, since he could calm down and actually save people instead of just stand there freaking out or run away.

Yea, put the current Eng patch on EX and it basically becomes the original game.

I never even realized that she had died before or even thought of it recently. I guess in my mind she had been saved when Kengo went to her. If she did die before though, was it her jumping off I wonder? Oh god how horrible ;_; They never even go back to really mention her, all we see is Kyousuke having her make that appearance during the game. So if she did really jump and die, I would think everyone would remember that. I wish they explained more on her. Maybe I'm missing something with the language barrier in written form in the art-book or something.

Yes, she did jump off in suicide. But to be brutally honest I doubt the Little Busters really care about her death since they didn't even know her. She would just be a "that girl who jumped off the roof that day, remember?" gossip topic for a few weeks. Only Kengo knew and cared about her, so his grief would be the only reason the Little Busters even remember her.

I was hoping they would write more connections with her sad expression in Refrain and her ending...or at least some hints that Riki chose her in Refrain if you played Kurugaya true end before replaying refrain.
