someone ask me a question about the level 6 shift plot. im not sure how to to him:

(Why don't the experimenters increase difficulty of the experiments by having accelerators fight sisters in coordinated groups of 1000 (or some other arbitrary large number).
Since difficulty increase exponentially with group size, they would end up using less sisters.)

Well considering that the sister experiment is a fake intended to he stopped, made so that Aliester can spread the Misaka Network around the world for his Artificial Heaven, I'd say it was done to save as many clones as possible.

So I'm aware that there's more to the Railgun manga than just the Sisters arc afterwards. Does Saten feature more prominently in these arcs and is there any chance of these arcs being adapted in this season?

Somewhat. After the SisterS arc in Railgun is the Daihaseisai arc, which focuses mostly on Mikoto and Misaki at the start, then starts drawing in other people when Misaki uses her power on Mikoto's friends. Eventually, Ruiko meets Touma while she investigates a detail for Mikoto based on the current incident, and gets herself in serious trouble when she comes across an Esper allied with the Dark Side, and a magician.

But there's pretty much no way we'll see any of that in this season. Hopefully they'll really do the Liberal Arts City sidestory, which has plenty of Saten.

Maybe he has a game on it programmed by Level 5 (they did Dragon Quest IX)? BTW: the phone conversation above that got deleted was actually relevant and important... it wasn't just random... otherwise that many people wouldn't have commented...

Just started watching this series but...in episode 20, how come Shirai Kuroko is able to teleport 2 people at once? (Both Saten and the little blonde girl). I thought her powers only limited her to teleport one person at a time with her?

Kuroko has a weight limit for her teleportation. 137 kg I think. As long as it is in that limit she can teleport.

You must be thinking of the flashback episode when she was younger.

Back then her powers was weaker as well.

I believe Kuroko can only teleport two persons (herself excluded) at a time.

Kuroko can teleport up to 130.7 kg (including herself I think); no matter how many bodies or objects she teleports as long as she doesn't exceed that limit she's fine. By the way her distance limit is 81.5 m.

So how does the manga explain teleporting in the sense of "velocity" and keeping momentum and what not? I always found it interesting that she could be falling at insane speeds but just boom teleport and be standing still.

It doesn't I believe. Teleportation isn't very heavily explored in any part of Toaru. Teleportation in Toaru is technically dimensional travel though, so maybe you somehow lose your momentum in transit.
