What is you Biggest Gaming Acheivment??
Here is Mine. I have been called a Hero for this numerous times haha.
On Final Fantasy X I did not know how to use the sphere grid at all so I never bothered with it. Also I did not think that I had to use it because I thought that it would be like the other final fantasys and that I would just level up naturally after a certain amount of battles. But here is the main thing. I got to Guadosalam without leveling up even once! Which means I done every single previous boss as a level 1, and I never fled from one battle because I never learnt the skill to do so, which would also mean that I fought every single battle I came across, as level 1. So when I was out of potions etc I was basically trying to get to the end of the Mi'hen Highroad out of luck and hoping not to get any more battles. And when I got stuck on the underwater machina boss all my school friends laughed at me saying that it was easy as anything. At this point I forgot the sphere grid existed. I was on that big sin spawn boss for literally about a month. But eventually I went through the tutorial on how to use the grid and leveled up loads haha. My FFX save file was 124 hours long in the end and my Yuna was doing 9999 damage on normal attack, same for Rikku and Tidus (That was my party). I dont the Ultimate and the Omega weapons too. I do not know how I did all of this but I was such a hardcore FFX player, and I am so proud that I did all that without cheating or using any walkthrough. Well there is my biggest gaming acheivment. If you have any you want to share then please feel free. |

I played through Knights of the Old Republic II using only my main character when I could. Of course, at some points you have to have a full party of three, but I was proud of myself for doing everything else solo.

I used to play a lot of Crimson Skies for Xbox. Managed to earn the Ace ranking after only a few matches and was top 50 on the leaderboards for a little while.
Also, in the Crisis Zone arcade game, I managed to memorize every enemy position and could reach the final boss on a single credit without even getting hit once. Not even close to being big accomplishments, but I thought they were pretty cool. |

I completed Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2, and Metroid Prime 3 all at 100%, and all without using any strategy guides. Admittedly, the only really hard one was the first one, and only because you had to scan both sides of each door in the first level. Even still, I am the only one of my friends ever to see all the endings on all three games.

That said, my biggest BG achievement was getting #1 damage and #1 healing in the same game. (not as a lock) |

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Beating the entire game without having to look anything up, including collecting almost every heart container and every Big Poe. Didn't bother with gold skulltulas after hitting 50, though.
Final Fantasy XI - 108 wins in the BCNM boss fight "Steamed Sprouts" playing as the Bard, the most important job for the fight. Interestingly enough, I've never beaten that fight when playing as any other job in our group. Oh, and also beating "Divine Might" on my first try with a rag-tag pick-up group that included three thieves before the major THF boost patch, including one that was only level 71. Magic: the Gathering Online - Beating a tier-1 Doran/Tarmogoyf tournament deck (the same archtype that dominated standard format recently) with a $3 budget white weenie deck. |

100% completion in GTA: San Andreas without any codes.
Getting Tournesol in Final Fantasy XII - sooo many hours. Getting over 110k+ points in a single Lumines challenge mode. I'm sure there are more, just I can't remember. :] |

I got the entire tier 1-3 dungeon set in world of warcraft and half of 4 before I quit.
Also was also one of the first gnomes (if not the first worldwide) who got exalted with the stormwind faction and got it before I hit level 45. I posted about it on the wow boards and people called me an expert at photoshop... |

- Getting an S rank in Resident Evil: Code Veronica. It wasn't that difficult but the fact that you can't save the game without dying once gave me so much pressure towards the end. There was a time I was 30seconds late from the 4 hours 30 mins target time (my time was 4 hrs 30 mins 30sec) and I was soooo mad. Then the next time I died near the end...but the time after that I succeeded and it was one of the happiest moments ever in my gaming history.
- Beating Nightmare 3 in Devil May Cry DMD mode. I couldn't count how many times I lost to that thing. Even the final boss wasn't as hard. - This isn't really an achievement but a couple of years ago I got the chance to have a 30 minutes session of Puyo Puyo (by far the most popular competitive puzzle game in Japan) with the current best player in Japan (or probably the best in the world), Hattori. I am not that bad at the game (can do 10+ chains easily) but I still lost big time (3-30, and Hattori wasn't being serious at all otherwise it would definitely be 0-30), but it was a very good experience, and definitely one of the best gaming experiences I have had. (if you want to put it in terms of Street Fighter, it would be like playing against Diago Umehara) |
