oh i just noticed the 'color' of this girl is blue from the title of the chapter.. but the mother said she had her blonde hair was it?

anyone clear this up?

Blonde hair, blue clothes, the same way that the other girls are defined by the daughters colour of clothing rather than by the colour of their hair.

ie:moegi is defined as green, but has pink hair.
