This is more Gun x Sword than Code Geass, which is a good thing. Lots of silliness but the plot has potential. I like the concept that the mech's abilities are a manifestation of the user's convictions too, hopefully they do something interesting with that.
I was wondering how they could have recurring antagonist if losing a mech fight means automatic death, and it turns out the MC's ability is to not kill.

Episode 2 is up on Funimatoin.
Well, we got some storytelling on the life of Edgar Village. Every episode seems to dive a little bit deeper into the world setting. Beside the MC, Elsha still stands out as the most noticable character although she can be a bit emotional. Can't blame her after what she said about the past though. It seems this anime's pace slowed down more but with still the usual humor. I'm not sure how I feel about the combat scenes so far, feels like watching a video game brawl.
