[Game] Ougon Musou Kyoku ~ Symphony of Golden Dreams

I have a question. I really don't like the opening to the latest version of OMK, I wanted to switch it to the XBOX 1 opening, similar to how the music of the game is switched. Whenever I swapped the files, the movie opened up in a separate window, and then both windows froze and exited.
Also, I can't find a method of getting the amazing quality for my video that the OMK opening has. Can anyone help?

That's strange, 'cause back in the first ougon I switched the openings.
It must have the same name and same format

It did. The movie's file format is mpg. Are there multiple mpg versions?

I tried the same thing, it should change the opening every start of the game. Unfortunately I didn't find the video in a good quality, using the converted youtube version resulted in glitchy playback.
Has anyone successfully ripped the Opening from XBox?

A long time ago, someone posted some files and a method to the game play both first and second OMK opening, randomly. I don't remmember where it is but... Good luck trying to find it.

It's not complicated or something. Just copy the old Ougon OP in the Movie folder and name it OPENING2.MPG and put a bat file with the following commands in the main folder:

Spoiler for Bat:

CD FILES/MOVIE
REN OPENING.MPG OPENING3.MPG
REN OPENING2.MPG OPENING.MPG
REN OPENING3.MPG OPENING2.MPG
CD..
CD..
GameMain.exe

Now you just need to create a shortcut of the bat file and change its symbol.

I just thought that maybe someone would want that, too.
Oh, and has someone a non-youtube version of the Ougon X Opening? I really would like to include that, too.

2 questions I'd like to bring up again.

First is quick, and that is:
What does Black Battler and Bernkastel say to each other in their pre-bout taunts?


Second is how the damage scaling works:

Is it based on number of hits, if so, does every 1 hit lower the damage, or does it do it in milestones? (I.E 9 hits= 100% damage, 10hits= reduction and so on), how does this effect SP2'd that hit a lot of times like Battler's? Is there some kind of guide that explains how damage scaling works in fighting games(assuming they share similar formulas?)

It's been a long time since I saw the last video about people trying to defeat Dark Battler (the last one was Walterion's videos. Btw, why did you stop to make this videos, Walterion?).

You were simply awsome, Twilight! One of my friends love to play with Erika, but he can't even touch a finger on Dark Battler. I'll show these videos for him. Who knows if they don't help him, right? lol

Since he plays EriDla, now we need a video of someone using Dlanor.

NEW CHALLENGER Black Battler doesn't have all abilities. He has:
- Counter Boost
- Armor Boost
- Auto-Guard
- Patiente
- Regeneration
- Massacre
- Infinity SP
- Break Boost (almost forgot this one! lol)

I think "only" those.
