I think her outfit isn't doing her any favors. Looking at her neck, legs, and hands I'm guessing she is slender but the outfit is cut like a box.

Really nice cosplay of the girls from Joshiraku. Mari, Kukuru, Kigu, and Gankyou are there, but no Tetora, that sucks, but cool none the less.

Attended an anime convention last Saturday (Aug 25). Cosplay Tournament of Champions: Third Impact, held at SMNE Annex 4th floor. It's only one of the preliminary events, so this convention is rather small. The final round will be held at a large convention in September 29-30 (I think at SMX Convention Center, but not sure). And the winner will be the Philippine's representative to Anime Festival Asia 2012.

Early afternoon.

I arrived at the place at a little past 2 pm in the afternoon.
There's only a few people, and almost no cosplayer in sight.. but they started arriving soon enough.

Sango from Inuyasha, the number at her waist is to identify that she's one of those who will participate for the competition on stage.

Don't know which character, she has a little sister whom I will show later.

Another character I don't know.

He's standing near the barbarian.

There's some fun events going on at the stage.

There is one where contestants try to name the anime where the song comes from. Can't believe they can't identify Irony from Oreimo. Superman and the guy farthest to the right are the stage hosts, btw.

This elf girl has a good cosplay. Unfortunately, it's hard to focus on a target that is actively moving. She's holding a long pole / weapon.

Ok, back to roaming around.

No cosplay event is without someone in a dress.

Little sister of the cosplayer I posted earlier. Believe it or not, she's a pro cosplayer (the little one). When she noticed that I'm pointing a cam at her, she made a pose rather quickly towards me. I asked the mom if they will be attending Cosmania on September.. the mom reply that her daughter would be competing at an event in Japan by that time, so they won't be present at cosmania.

What's better than one Miku? Two of course.

This is among the prettier cosplays I've seen for the day.
I asked her which anime it comes from, she replies that she only saw an anonymous art on the internet and based her costume on that.
