New thinking new drinking :P
ok looking for an aime that has werewolves in it for a friend. off the top of my head i can think of 1 wid 4 girls who live in a tree (1 witch 1 vamp 1 frankenstein and 1 werewolf) but none others. really i would like the anime focused on the werewolf theme rather than a splattering of side characters and monsters. thanks ppl

There is a new series running right now called Monster Princess which includes a half-werewolf character. There is another series called Wolfs Rain that does not exactly include werewolves, but it does include shape-shifting wolves who can transform into men.
I'm afraid that's all I have. |

the second 1 looks a laugh and so i might have him check that 1 out. its a bloody hardly used subject in anime the werewolf... |

hyper police - fukioka is a werewolf and a police officer
Tokyo mew - zakuro has injected DNA of gray-wolf that allows her to transform into a wolf-girl Hellsing -- you're refering to Hans Günsche others with wolf-like character Otogi-Juushi Akazukin -- Val is a talking silver wolf, but he don't change to human form crescent moon -- shoujo manga, yamabuki is a werewolf who can cook Inuyasha - Koga is a wolf-boy yokai |

Yeah. Unlike the vampire, the werewolf is a western "monster" sterotype the does not seem to have really caught on in Japanese pop culture. In anime and manga you are much more likely to see kitsune (shapeshifting foxes) than werewolves.
