Rolo didn't think much of his action. He just want to protect their secret. Killing Shirley was what he could do to protect their secrets. He still has doubts on whether to trust Lelouch

Finally, we are shown the underground city of the Geass cult. There are folks living over there. For revenge, Lelouch brought a massacre. He brought only the remains of Zero squad with him which is why people like Toudou and Xingke weren't involved in this mission. Whether woman or children, they are being killed. They are having doubts for this mission. If Kallen was here, perhaps this situation will not occur. She will wake him up
Only a new Geass ability was shown despite having so many Geass using kids in the cult.: The controlling of body movement. Rolo came and killed them. The kids must have a very good relationship with Rolo onichan
. Rolo only follow his nii-san, no one else. The folks here worshiped C.C. it seems. They thought C.C. came back to save them. Why did C.C. leave in the first place? Bartley is finally dead. Clovis had wanted to give C.C. to the emperor but the emperor had already known of her existence. Barley mentioned about if only they are not involved with her.
V.V. showed up with Siegfred. Other than Orange-kun he can also pilot it. Lelouch asked C.C. to back down as V.V. is after her. He used to like Lelouch as he is similar to Charles. Lelouch came with a bunch of traitors. Yes, indeed. Lelouch wanted to kill Rolo but Rolo is 'saved' by Cornelia
. V.V. called Rolo, a failed experiment. Apparently, Rolo's heart will stop beating whenever he use his Geass and he could die anytime. Poor Rolo
. Looks like the spoiler posted before had got something right. Rolo will die of heart attack. I wonder how will Rolo react if he knew of Lelouch's intention to kill him although he knows V.V. can't be killed. He just wanted Rolo's life as a sacrifice to Shirley. She wouldn't want that. Say anything more before he press the button, if Rolo survives, he will know of the consequence
Rolo's also rather good in his piloting skills without his Geass.
There comes the long waited Kallen and Nunnally's conversation about their brothers. So Lelouch is still "missing". Suzaku interrupted. The end justified the action eh? Since he even sold Lelouch to the emperor for his position, there is nothing more despicable to him. Injecting Refrain to Kallen is nothing. He will do anything to achieve his wants. I doubt he will succeed if Nunnally or anyone decided to butt in on time. We can't blame Suzaku to push the blame to Lelouch. Who else could have been with Shirley before her death. Their conversation had hinted him the possibility of Shirley's memories returning. Suzaku will have probe more information from her if it wasn't for the commotion caused by Lelouch and Jeremiah. Suzaku wouldn't have thought of anyone else who would have killed Shirley. Having killed Euphie and Clovis, killing Shirley would be nothing to Lelouch. Both Suzaku and Lelouch are really similar in this aspect.

V.V. called Lelouch the a prince who was cursed and raged upon hearing Marianne's name. Why is Lelouch a cursed prince? Looks like Charles didn't know that V.V. sent an assassin to kill Lelouch and realised that he had been lying to him. Now who can be trusted? V.V. commented that sibling bonds is the most reliable in the end when Charles came for him.
Ohgi and Villetta, now both of them will be branded traitors. Hope both of them don't ended up dead together
Interesting episode with creation of more questions. Hopefully many will be answered in the next episode.
