Strange Problem..
When I look up something in Japanese e.g ひぐらしのなく頃に
In google its like : ひぐらしのなく に But when I click the link to the site it changes back to Japanese. But if I copy and paste the text from here it comes up in those strange letters again.. its really wierd how can I change this?

It usually means your browser isn't using the correct set of "character encodings" to match the page being displayed. If you're using Firefox, try View > Character Encodings and see if your browser is using Unicode (UTF-8). Unicode was invented to expand the representation of character sets to include non-Western languages like Arabic or Japanese.
You can experiment with how pages are displayed simply by choosing among the available character set options.
