And so, Lawrence buys Horo the outfit she wore in the last half of the show. Good choice, Lawrence! It looks great!
Seems to smell like rabbit too... >_>

The whole thing (OP, ED, Characters) are so nostalgic~ Enjoyed the whole episode, despite nothing really happening besides for Horo getting that outfit. Trading talk, walking around, talking about Horo’s clothes, holding hands, etc.

Horo has been busy eating all of those apples she bought. 19 down, 81 to go.
And soon, she will discover the wonderfulness of apple pie and other apple products besides normal apples...

Besides for Horo and Lawrence, the only other named character that appears is Weiss, though his role is, as always, limited to trading coins and flirting with Horo.

And now, the anime truly is over. Guess it is time to wait until a second season is announced, if it ever is, that is.

If you want to encourage a second season of Wolf and Spice/Spice and Wolf I recommend importing the R2 DVDs. It's a bit expensive, but there's no better way to say "I want more of this" than to keep Horo at the top of the sales charts (she's doing pretty well, actually).

Oh have been looking forward to this one. Starting up the OP really brought back the good memories. Though following the novel translations not like I've gotten that far from the series.

Horo really got herself into a tough spot with all those apples. Apparently 20 one day, and then 19 the next....really is true that your favourite foods can be difficult if you've had way too much of it. Then the incredible mystery of the apple pie is revealed .

Was a nice little episode concerning getting Horo getting that outfit. As always seeing those two conversing is a lot of fun. The little jokes about the taste of each other could make you smile a little.

Oh it's just too bad that after one episode we are done again. Now all that's left is praying that a second season comes into creation. Still big thanks to BSS for subbing this one.

Great episode. I love their banter. But it makes me miss the show even more than when the season ended.

Is this subbed yet? I d/l a BSS one but there were no subs. From the commercial I saw, it looks like a cute episode though.

Well the episode just proved further in my mind that there is no creature quite as charming in all of Animedom as Horo.

Cute episode all around and made me long for a S2 something fierce...Only time I've ever imported DvDs was Aria, but I might just have to do it with this one aswell...

After watching this I had to go back and watch the whole show from start to finish again, it really made me miss it

Hopefully we'll see a second season though so we can all get more of the lovable and cute Horo.

Does it matter whether or not I watch this after episode 13? It's supposed to be episode 7, so it shouldn't matter, right? I'm unfortunately still at the beginning of the series.

Well I suppose it does take place in the 7th episode slot chronologically of the show so wouldn't lose out at all to watch it in its proper spot unlike the rest of us that had to wait for it.

The writing of this episode was superb. Better than some of the other ones. Most, maybe.

Is true that if you watched it in order this episode wouldn't feel out of place. Know it was just added to the DVD to help encourage sales, too bad we had to wait a while for it. Though if it helps things enough to get that second season I can forgive them .

Ep 7 is an episode which offers me nearly a full half-hour of what I like best about Spice and Wolf. Namely Horo and Lawrence bantering with each other. Trying to best each other verbally with their wits. Admiring each other's temporary victory and wincing at his or her temporary loss. Couching their attraction for each other in terms of whatever they just incidentally happen to be doing. I've said before that I would watch S&W just to hear a Lawrence and Horo conversation. That's about all we got in episode. And it was a perfect 10 of an episode.

the episode not bad, quite fun to watch, and long time didnt see Horo .

Abit depressed now because no more on anime, go buy novel and read 1st. Now pray for 2nd season, hopefully will have.
