Possible when Takashi said to run, he's the only one that got away, but was already in the influence of the hydrangea and got caught up with 4 female zombies.

Saeko probably took Rei which she thought that was Takashi and Rei thinks it's Takashi that took her.

You also need an imaginative mind to mix match what happened. As for Hirano...What kind of a gun was he thinking and why would he hump it that much... O_o

Question about the Scenes...

Question: In the Saeko-Takashi Scene, Saeko pulled "Takashi" to the woods. If it's Saeko's hallucination, why it end up later on the beach where they (with Rei) are naked and kissing?
Didn't it bothered them even during the hallucination to do that in the open?

But if were Takashi's, then I will not react because He was still on the "same spot/scene" like on the Saeko-Takashi Scene.

In the Takagi scene, was she "sucking"at the last few seconds?

Like said when Takashi called the guys to run, he's probably the only one that ran and the hyregenea probably already affected him. It's also possible in ones vision another perspective of a certain place, much like Hirano is gone out to his own world.

Best guess I think he was thinking he was riding a horse, the "revolution, revolution, revolution!" I'd take as a hint he was leader of a revolution and leading a army on horse back.

When you mix zombie apocalypse and ecchi and matric bewbs, you get this. Trust me it being downright disappointing was just part of the reason I dropped this adaptation.

5/10. The art was actually nice to look at, and the music was pretty sweet.... Everything else? Abysmal.

^^ So you missed the best EDs, that came in the last few episodes, as well as most of the action (save for the first couple of episodes), and the character development (quite a lot for an INAZUMA story)

Well technically it's Sato Daisuke wrote the story; Inazuma did the artwork, though I'm sure the two of them do discuss story ideas.

My thoughts as well. For a moment, I really thought Saeko really took Takashi before they went on doing it.

My guess is that it won't be long before some hentai doujin artist gets inspired by this OVA and draws what Takashi was dreaming of.
