The concept was launched back in 2010 or so and has been pretty low-key. Outside fo features in Dengeki G's and the videos (and the music CDs), Love Live hasn't really had much exposure. I'm guessing the main reason they're only going ahead with the series in 2013 is BECAUSE Idolm@ster the TV animation got such a following. Unfortunately it's going to seem more like a hanger on to the Idol anime bandwagon than anything else.

...which is too bad. I think Ayase Eri is hot. ^w^ --hang on, Ranked #9? The girl I prefer is the LEAST LIKED character in the group? O_O

Damn. Kotori is SO going to be the most popular girl in this lineup. Cute voice and seductively innocent (or is that innocently seductive)? I think she's ranked 2 right now among the existing fanbase.

Well having a look and by character designs alone......Nozomi Tojo, MARRY ME!

My anticipation for this has gone up alot now, if I can't get another season of Idolm@ster(which I'll always be hoping we do) this will have to do!

Yes they are Amazing and as you say Wonderful.

But what I was as talking about was... well that the girl on the far left gives me a Mikono from Aquarion Evol and the girl second from the far right a KYH from Accel World.

I'm FAIRLY sure that's Niko and not Nozomi. Chest isn't big enough.

They both wear twintails, but Niko has them way higher while Nozomi's are tied lower. Also, Nozomi is often paired off with Redhair in all Videos, so im sure this scene is no exception. Chest is hidden in that pic, but Niko is flat, yes.

Stil not entirely convinced, as Nozomi's personality is a little...slow. Not likely to hake that quick gag. And the hair color is different (Nozomi = Purplish, Niko = Black).

Oh, and eye color--Niko's eyes are hazelnut red, Nozomi's eyes are purple.

Pretty sure it's Niko, even looking at the vids above shows it's Niko when she trips over(2:44).

By inherent design of the project, didn't the details of the entire project get hammered out due to fan participation in the first place?

Whether the anime will increase said fandom will be an entirely different story...

They won't, animating a 4 min music vid is completely different to animating 12-26 30 minute episodes on a weekly basis. Well I guess the CG scenes will look the same though lol.
