WOAH!
 This is just perfect is so many ways! The color contrast between purpilish-blue and red, the cookies and snacks that is all over it, the pose that Kotori and Touka is in, and atmosphere... everything. Wish there was a high resolution of this... Actually, it could be better if the scene is larger so that you can see more of the area outside of the characters. But still... awesome...

Date a Live 06 - And Then Things Got Worse
For an episode titled "Romantic Hot Springs", there were very little hot springs. Most of the episode was about getting to the hot springs, and the crazy hijinks that ensued. I liked it, especially because it made Origami's commander and comrades out to be just as slapstick-prone and humanized as the Spirits on Shido's side of things. Exploding vegetables, exploding everything really. How neither side was fully aware of what the other was up to made it even better. I love these kinds of episodes, and considering the nature of the preview, having something like this before a spirit who outstrips Yoshino and Tohka in brutality was probably a good idea. Bring someone down, so that when the tension rises again it can be felt even stronger. |

Hot spring trip.
Tohka totally overdid it with her jealousy. She really likes Shido a lot. Looks like most of them just wanted an excuse to join the fun. They were willing to do a whol lot to make that happen. Too much actually. Guess this was one of those relaxing/fun episodes.

After rewatching episode 6 I'll have to say that I may have enjoyed some parts of it but it was a little over-the-top for my liking. It was somewhat disjointed as well. Thank goodness it was filler.
