And so, the plot thickens. And now that makes me wonder: Is Elizabeth's sister as strong as an elite holy knight? If so, did she go through that same mysterious strengthening process that Geera supposedly went through? And what was that other knight dude talking about when he said he swore loyalty to someone other than the royal family? Curiouser and curiouser.....

Oh, and BTW, I liked the small nod to the flashback chapter on that one panel where Ban is mumbling "Don't worry, I planted it" in his sleep.

she would if she was told but I suspect she wasn't. Randrak is right its cliché and shocking but it makes sense.
Think about it this way. She just so happens to find the guy looking for the seven sins. He agrees to help far too easily. He's especially sweet on her (might be that he's a pervert) its classic manga logic. The truth will be revealed and i'm betting it comes from the next sin (i'm betting the next sin is the lust one and its a girl)
The more interesting question is what makes melodias the person for wrath but that will also be revealed shortly.

Otherwise, not much else to say. Though I still think Mel's brief fight with that huge knight was pretty badass....

And in the next chapter, sister-knight shows up and reveals that she has "trapped" Mel. In the ensuing fight, Ellie is injured. Mel loses his shit and performs a bout of open heart surgery on the sister.... with his foot.

marvelB Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005	So I came across some Chinese scans for the latest chapter: Spoiler for chapter 28: -The chapter starts with piggy informing Mel and King that Elizabeth was captured. Mel in particular is not very pleased about the news..... -Meanwhile, Elizabeth is arguing with her sister. If I'm not mistaken, the sister is warning her just how dangerous the seven sins, particularly Meliodas, are. Can't really make out the dialogue here, but there IS one thing I'm certain of: The yuri shippers are gonna love this scene. -When the sister leaves, both Mel and King are shown right outside the door, ready to rescue Elizabeth. What follows is a really awesome battle sequence: Basically, King tips over a teacup to distract that huge knight dude who's guarding the princess. Before the teacup falls on the floor, Mel steps into the room, has a brief yet furious fight with the holy knight, yet still manages to take him out in time to catch the glass (not to mention the fight ended before Elizabeth realized one even took place). -Liz escapes with Mel. The sister comes back to find the unconscious knight, and after waking him up I assume she says she'll continue to search for her younger sister. Meanwhile, Liz is enjoying her freedom with Mel, and they watch some fireworks together. As they walk together hand-in-hand, we see an ominous-looking shadow coming from the sin of wrath...... Yeah, sorry I couldn't give many details for this summary (Chinese isn't exactly my forte), but I'll be damned if that fight sequence I mentioned wasn't a sweet one. That scene alone makes the chapter worth looking forward to!
