Honestly, that would ruin the whole thing and there is no reason for it to go that way. They have a normal relationship with active parents. I'm not big on brother-sister stories but from the series that I have experienced where it's semi-present, they either have a strange upbringing and/or lack of parents. Kirino and Kyousuke are normal kids with a normal life and normal parents.

I'm with Drago here; I don't want this to be an awkward incest development. With the way the story is set, it should be about a family relationship growing closer together, and we don't need to tread taboo territory for that.

Agreeing with you also DragoZERO. Kyousuke is merely trying to establish atleast "good" terms with Kirino, and trying to help his little sister out with all the issues she goes with (Especially with the up-coming issue of her friend finding out about her at that certain place) its mostly your casual brother looking out for your sister.

Yeah, I really don't want them to go into an incest relationship just for that. Even if Kirino's making Kyousuke play games about that very genre, Kyousuke hasn't shown the slightest inclination toward that kind of thing irl. He knows how to make the distinction and on top of that his sister isn't making it any easier for him And as I said, this series doesn't strike me as a romance-oriented story, but more about a growth in the familial connection between brother and sister which was missing in the beginning.

the main story is already interesting enough without having to resort to a controversial topic of incest relationship. By the end of 4th episode you would've realised that it's not the main focus of the story, and this title does not need to go there since it WILL alienate the fans.

I actually go with that also! Ayase is just amazing, being able to tell the misunderstanding that took place, and how they both looked cool/cute before Ayase left sorry Manami but Ayase got a few points in this episode..

Well, as Guardian Enzo pointed out earlier, there could be a variety of reasons Ayase was there. Tokyo Big Sight isn't called Big for no reason, and when there's one event taking place, it's likely that there's also another event at the same time, so that might be the reason Ayase was there. We'll just have to find out in the next chapter

I'm third fifth ninth tenth. It's fun to tease them once in a while, but would never want it to head in that direction...

Actually there's one more theory that i didn't put it down, because it's impossible and i don't want to see Ayase in that light...

Overall, a great episode. Good fan service, and the Comiket stuff was very nice too. Only the Sycalypse stuff was too loli for my taste. 9.5/10

Come to think of it, when is it not an accident?

Unlike some, after my experiences with romance anime's I can definitely see the foreshadowing of a romantic relationship developing here between Kyousuke and Kirino. Although I have to admit that it's being handled in a slightly more subtle manner in this case, especially if we consider Kirino's behavior.

But I'm not going to state this as absolute certainty because I sometimes tend to read between the lines a little too much

Just to add to the Kyousuke x Kirino idea (which I have no problem with because I don't judge the shape that love takes and besides, this is fiction ) During the conversation between Kirino, Ayase and Kanako. They began to talk about Kyousuke and after Kanako's comment, Kirino remained silent which Kanako so attentively pointed out Conveniently enough, Kyousuke didn't hear this part at all

Either way, I'm quite enjoying this anime and episode 4 just hanged (meaning cliffhanger) a big one there for me because it seems as though Ayase is going to become a catalyst in regards to the romance sub-plot of this story (at least I'm hoping it turns out this way considering the number exchange between Kyou and Ayase.)

I kind of feel bad for Manami here since she seems to be the odd woman out so-to-speak. Although I have a feeling she'll become somewhat significant but that remains to be seen.

I'm slightly late to the party considering I was following this before the first episode aired but "better late than never," right?
