I dunno if its already been mentioned here but its been confirmed that there is going to be a One Piece/Dragonball Crossover Special in Jump #4-5 (Double Issue) 27th December. The creators of OP and DB - Eiichiro Oda and Akira Toriyama - are doing this together.

At the least Oda and Toriyama are sure to bring lots of humour in this one, Oda must be more ecatastic than all of us, to work with the creator of Dragonball himself.

isnt there like also a anime crossover of One Piece and Dragonball? I think I saw something like that recorded with a videocamera at some convention on the site Youtube.

oh wow that was pretty cool!!
i never knew they did this this kind of crossover already....ahahah that was a pretty good crossover episode.....i wonder if they'll make more since JUS seems to be doing good....ahahahahhaha thats the first time i ever seen DBZ with One Piece all together...

Just wanted to say that I checked out the special, and it's quite amusing! Basically, it's a random little adventure where the OP characters are teamed up with DB characters (Goku/Luffy, Bulma/Nami, Piccolo/Zoro, etc.) I think that Oda and Toriyama's styles fit together very nicely....

I think it was to commemorate 10 years of One Piece but im not sure.

Oda and Toriyama created a one off crossover called 'Cross Epoch' i don't know if anyone has read it yet but it's a very nice combination of characters especially Sanji and the old man (forgot his name) from DBZ

...Yeah, I read it. Like I said in that other thread, I think that both Oda and Toriyama's styles fit very well together, as the various "teams" shown throughout the crossover (Sanji and Roshi, heh

). I enjoyed it quite a bit. I wonder if we'll see this animated...

i was thinking it would be cool they made like a ova series out of this. like Mr. Satan stole the throne from Wapol, and Wapol hires Baroque Ribbon Army, a combo of the Red Ribbon Army and Baroque Works, to get it back... lol. then both Goku and Luffy would have to fuse to make Goffy (it's the best i could come up with) to fight against them. then Goffy could use a fusion of Super Saiya-jin and Gear Second and Third! i think that would be the coolest!
