I didn't realize that and I am a Kuuga fan...

Speaking about I heard shoutout, I heard on RC that the name Togo is a reference to an old show called Golgo 13. This show is full or shoutout/reference isn't it?

Exclamation

I like Fu (club president) more than the other characters, but the ominous chatter here has me worried...

Learning that the author of Akame ga kill! is related to this doesn't help. Is this series seinen?
*groan*
Now, a sense of dread is mixed in w/ the excitement everytime a new episode is released.
I'm going to get heartbroken, aren't I?

Already posted.

Im liking this show so far, I doubt Golumi will pull a tragedy on this one, I find likely they want to give a better closure to the prequel that pretty much ended on a dark note.

I think "she" deserves at least a happy end.

The manga and light novel version of this project is published under seinen.

I would assume it is gonna get dark because Takahiro makes eroge. Which generally has dark themes.

I hope not, I think that's enough suffering from the prequel.

We got an entire episode dedicated to a new generic paint by numbers tsundere girl. No other world action whatsoever save for a very brief scene before the OP.

I want so bad for this not to be the formulaic assembly line production it's presenting itself to be, but as of the end of episode 3, that's all it is. I keep telling myself next time things will get interesting. Yeah ... next time.

Yeah, episode 3 was a disappointment. New girl is too fucking generic and uninteresting.

To be honest, I hope she dies soon. Really, at least then her boring ass would serve some purpose.

Eh, the latest episode was cute but way too slow. I'll have to get used to this new Karin girl for awhile.

Introducing a possible meat fodder character? That's fine w/ me. I don't find her annoying ...yet.

They exchanged info but none involving details that may foreshadow future complications (the new gal did mention that dying is a possibility).

Hardly any action, but I'm fine w/ Ep 3. Fu-senpai is the best for me

By the way I'm curious about the prequel. I don't mind getting spoiled. It's unlikely it'll be translated anytime soon anyway.

So to anyone who've read it or is already informed about the details, spoil away please.

The sequel wasn't that dark at all.

I would say that its main theme was the suspense.
There you couldn't know what is next.

Unpredictable.

Guys, don't mess with the tags. The mods won't be amused.

It's a prequel, and it's still being serialized. And it's dark enough. Characters die, for instance.

Right, prequel.

Still, the overall mood of the prequel isn't dark as some make it look, heck, you even would start rolling your eyes at the amount of slice of life in the novels.

But in the novel there's always the sense that something bad can happen, and eventually, it does happen. That's the kind of "dark" we're talking about. Not about a extremely somber mood or something.

Despite there not being any battles in episode 03, I liked it since it started to actually build up some group dynamics and personalities for the girls instead of just magical girl placement holders.

I don't think so. Nothing new about the group dynamic was developed in this episode. Most of the attention was dedicated to Karin.

That's up to yourself.

Takkahiro isn't a one trick pony and most (if not all) of his works aren't dark.

But I think that's what happens when you know him via Akame game Kill .

We're not talking about all of his works, just the prequel to this one. I think it's fair to think this series could include similar situations to the prequel.

I don't watch that series.

Also, fix your spoiler tag.

The mood you perceive based on.what you possibly read so far.

I just recommend you to try reading the novels, I saw some "spoilers" posted somewhere but those aren't telling the mood of the series or plot so far.

OK, I deleted it, I don't want any mod stalking me.

Also I hope.they fix the tags.
