Her name is Luise from a certain long running 2D fighting game that has a couple of 3D adaptation. That screenshot is from the anime adaptation produced by Production I.G.

It shouldn't be too hard to find the answer if you piece the information together and do a little search.

I am almost certain that it's Noizi Itou's work, but then again I recall another artist with almost the exact same style as her so I guess I'm not almost certain

Which anime girl is/ who are these anime girls...

a) A demon Slayer
b) So called the "Queen of Hell"
c) World-class division of society is completely different from her childhood and as she was a "warrior."
d) Things like her own "shame" and "evidence of immaturity" and for that, she does not want.
e) Has 3 other sisters
f) Fights alone, always...

Is there a single character who might have all these characteristics?????
