Great to see this series back. I never thought I'd enjoy a manga about ballroom dancing, but this series is so beautifully done and the characters are so well fleshed out that its truly impressed me. I hope the author stays healthy. Between this and Iris Zero coming back, its been a good few months!

I dislike the speed of the manga releases so the anime is welcome to fill that void.

Still wondering if the first few pages of the manga will be the last few pages of the manga, also.

2nd cour for you,then? I don't remember seeing her in the opening or closing. Ep1-3 use up volume 1 plus a little of the 2nd, and the Akagi siblings take up the next 3 volumes or so which should take us to her appearance.

Hongou Chizuru, Sengoku's partner? I like her. She doesn't mind beating Sengoku when he deserves it, much like Tamaki.

998185 Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2017	October edition's out Spoiler for october chapter: Completes the partial chapter that came out last month with Kugimiya's backstory. Does this mean he's going to fade from the story like Akira soon? Since Tatara has to win to advance to the grand prix, probably. Tatara makes it to the finals (4th), but feeling insecure (what's new?). Sengoku calls him, apparently from the venue.

Spoiler for nov edition out: Tatara's in a good mood after getting a call from Sengoku last chapter. Chinatsu apologizes for making fun of him when he introduced himself at school liking dancing. Explains that she was trying to quit at the time because she was a "decent" dancer, but not "for real". Tatara tells her that she's not merely decent and takes her arm. Finals starting next month, probably.

998185 Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2017	Dec Edition out Spoiler for dec 2017 issue: Completes the few pages from last month where Tatara takes Chinatsu's arm: he states that they'll prove she's for real. They start the first dance, the waltz. Sengoku looks at a cellphone pic of Tatara in competition sent to him by Gaju from somewhere in Europe? Chizuru asks if he was able to speak with Tatara, and Sengoku laughs that Tatara believed him when he said that he was watching him. Chizuru calls him trash, but Sengoku says it's better this way because Tatara's happy when he's being seen, that he knows the look on his face he has at that moment. Back to the waltz, Tatara's elated that Sengoku's watching. Gaju looks on and remembers what he sensed from Tatara from the Tenpei Cup. Kugimiya's distracted by Tatara again which breaks his concentration. He's reminded of when he couldn't perform well at the Mikasa Cup, and thinks that if he crushes him, he can get past that. Gaju shouts out to Tatara and and he looks up at Gaju, then Shizuku who noticed his momentary gaze. Tatara still wonders where Sengoku is while thinking back about their conversation from earlier. "Is it terrifying to see something in front of you that you can't understand? "Is that dancing? Is that your partner?" "You can pretend to understand another person... but you can't understand what's uncertain... Isn't that like another world in front of you?" to himself "...to me, Chii-chan is..." to Next month.
