Am I the only one who thinks that the number of moe girl everyday life shows are there to offset the moe guy show FREE from Kyoani.

So I think it's about time I took some time to take a look at this and pick up the shows I plan on watching next season.

Must Watch:

Tamayura ~More Aggressive~ - It's impressive how some people almost went mental due to the show having the word aggressive in the title. I'm sure the show will be just like the first season and that's good enough. Nothing outstanding sadly but good enough.

Monogatari Series Second Season - Oh yeah, wouldn't miss this one for the world.

Ghost in the Shell: ARISE - It'll probably take a while before I can actually watch this but I'm looking forward to it. I'm a bit cautious due to the character designs but the last trailer I saw eased my fears quite a bit.

Fairy Tail OVA - I miss this show

Mirai Nikki: Redial - Love the show, wouldn't miss this for the world.

Will check out the first episodes:

Free! - So KyoAni is going for the Fujoshi hum? It is KyoAni anyway and I haven't missed one of their shows to date so I'll at least try out a couple of episodes just to see where this is going (and hopefully have some fun at the raging fans on the internet )

Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya - Wouldn't miss a chapter in the fate universe. Not sure what to expect from this though

Hyperdimension Neptunia - The game is on my wishlist for a while so I'll at least check out the anime adaptation.

Will put on the backburner:

Corpse Party: Tortured Souls - They should really do a full anime adaptation of this series. It would be awesome. Also: I should really finish the games but I'm a bit too chicken for them.

So far, the only series that I'm sure I'll watch (and one I'm excited for) in the Summer 2013 season is "Danganronpa"...

Well, for me Summer is looking more interesting than Spring has been.

For now, I am thinking I will definitely be watching:

Tamayura: More Aggressive (I am a huge fan of the Tamayura franchise)
Kiniro Mosaic
The World God Only Knows S3
Stella Jogakuin Koutouka C3-bu
Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku
Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi

I will prolly give the following series a look at least:

Rozen Maiden S3
Neptune the Animation
Gin no Saji
Recorder to Ransell Mi
"Nekomonogatari White"

As for carryovers, only Railgun S ^^

I'll check most of the other series as well, although... oh screw it, I'll say it outright... I'll skip Senki Zesshou Symphogear G. I didn't like the first season, I had expectations for it, but in the end, I got screwed and literally forced myself to watch it in hope that it would get any better... which it didn't, IMO.

Spoiler for Series premise: what it looked like and what it really happened:

(¬_¬); yeah... genius...

Don't try to explain to me that I'm wrong. I didn't like the show, but had a little glimmer of hope about it that never showed up, so I'm not gonna get screwed a second time with their second season.

Oh, I guess this season is ending. I suppose it would be a good idea to make a list for July, seeing as we're a mere two weeks away!

The moment I had when I saw not only Rozen Maiden, but Kami Nomi season 3 set to show next month. It was embarrassing to say the least, but involved a lot of excitement. It's funny, but it was only recently that I dove into Rozen Maiden at the recommendation of an Asuki friend (and a darn good recommendation too!), and this gives me a chance to enjoy even more of that series. As for Kami Nomi, this will be the first time I'll be watching an anime based on a manga I've read, and so I guess I'll become one of "those" people who complains about all the failures of the adaptation. Should be interesting!

Then there's the new Ghost in the Shell, painfully in OVA form and not TV, but still a very welcomed addition. I expect a lot of great things if the 8-minute preview is to be considered.

In fact, based on the massive quantity of season 2s and 3s in the listing, Summer 2013 is the season of Gravedigging.

Unfortunately I'm not really seeing a lot of appealing stuff for this season in terms of new shows. Granted, I said the same thing coming up to this season but was pleasantly surprised. Maybe it's a summer thing, but I'm seeing a lack of very serious-looking shows, save for the horror. Even worse, not a single mecha.

For more dramatic-looking shows Blood Lad, Kamisama no Inai, Inu to Hasami, and Genei wo Kakeru Taiyou seem to be the more interesting titles. There are so many more light-hearted looking titles though, but fortunately it looks like Watashi ga Motenai could be an interesting title to take the place of Yahari Ore. One can only hope!

I like the art style, it's different. I'm not typically into loli-esque designs, but the trailers seemed to hint at the story being kind of dark? I'm hoping this won't be aimed at little kids.
Just saying, I might be wrong, but it looks like when it'll be airing in Japan is too late for it to actually be aimed at little kids.

TWGOK S3 - Well both the 1st seasons turned out to be pretty enjoyable adaptions, I hope S3 is good too!
Rozen Maiden - Remake, but more of this series is never a bad thing.
Neptunia anime - Well the games were pretty fun, wonder how this one will turn out.

Interested in
Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui - Well it sounds pretty amusing.
Silver Spoon - Something different, worth checking out.
Monogatari S2 - Well uh sequel.
Fate/Kaleid liner Prisma Illya - Enjoyable manga, hopefully adaption is fun too.

Carry overs
- Shingeki no Kyojin
- To aru Kagaku no Railgun S
- Uchuu Kyoudai

Might pick up a couple other shows. No sequels though, since I haven't seen most of their previous seasons.

Wow.......I have..............absolutely no interest in a single title of this new season, aside from a slight-to-moderate interest in High School DxD.

Date A Live isn't even getting a new novel volume until September, and I already played through the PS3 game.................

Aside from the next volume of Yamato 2199 coming out later this month, I have nothing to watch this season.

If you don't have anything to watch this summer, is it because most titles planned to air this summer either have a ridiculous premise or do not appeal to your tastes?

Revising my list, since I won't have much time:

Will watch:
Gin no Saji - Because Arakawa(and the manga is awesome), but A-1 Pictures in charge is worrying. I cold easily drop this if it pisses me off.
Servant x Service - same author as Working!, which I highly enjoyed.
Will try:
Watamote! - interesting premise, weirdly popular manga.
Blood Lad - I always prefer to read the manga instead, but I will try one episode of this first, and if it surprises me, will keep watching.
Kamisama no Inai - I'm betting this will be the surprise of the season, since the trailer was cool and Madhouse is in charge of the animation. Will probably marathon it though.

Marathon:
Highschool DxD S2 - first season was a lot of fun, with a lot of tits. But I will watch it all later.

Thoughts: Average season for me, but still better than winter 2013.
