Yea, not for me. Mother was terrible mother and if dad wasn't around to move to away from her, I would have been a druggy.

I don't really care one way or the other for any 'stance' the movie takes or any message it's supposedly trying to send, I just want to see Maleficent kick some ass. I love alternate takes on antagonists, or non-standard ones. Although from what I have heard they weren't subtle about it with Maleficent in the least.
