In the anime, it's red. Chifuyu is either light brown or mesh gold.

As for chest, well... gynecomastia, called man-boobs, browse it and read carefully. (used this as the reason for Charl's boobs

I don't specifically choose red mind you, it's because I perceive his eyes as red due to low-res fansub I watched. When I rewatch it from BD version, it's really redish brown or dark brown depending on situation.

What did they do to his nerves? They couldn't possibly have used anything like nano's or drugs since those would be noticeable in a medical scan.

Side note - How come anybody bought Charles being in the academy as a male? A medical test would've revealed she had no penis and I doubt they just let her skip it

Side note 2 - Same problem will eventually apply for Irish.
