Now that you mentioned it, it would be cool to see a University/Adult Senshado which employs modern tanks like the M1, T-74, Leopard 2 etc. which is probably what I assume to be the case in GuP world?

Just what the legislators want to see, really

Some of them have been dreaming a larger military for years. In time, the JSDF will expand and abandon its SELF DEFENSE FORCE posture. Maybe we will finally witness the last nails to the coffin for Article 9.

I remarked on this a long time ago, hoping for an university edition which features Leopards and Type 10s. Hell, even a Cold-War version would suffice!

Well i posted this question awhile ago... but i am hoping that international tournament allows for modern tanks to be used in matches, and at least double the number of each match ( for example if Maho was able to field 20 panzers for Japan finals I am hoping for 40 panzer in international finals ).

As my friend said for international match - it would be stupid if they allow modern tanks because Israel would came with Merkava tanks and won everything, with few losses to the ammunition. XD

All in all, I hope that we well see that in season 2. I doubt that the movie that will air next year show us something as big as Panzefahren international match.

All we need now are joint exercises with Germany and some guys driving past playing the theme to Space Battleship Yamato.

Merkavas: They had some trouble versus ATGMs in the most recent invasion of Lebanon. That's not being shot by another tank, but they're definitely not invulnerable.

I would like to see a new system in the competition:

In the competition field, there will be about 3-5 areas that each team can send in a tank to capture by parking a tank in an area for 30 seconds.

If a team can capture these desinated area in the filed, they can request for a special [support] associated with the area they captured for 1 time only. (no repeat use for both team)

Special Support list:

- Request for an airstike on 1 enemy tank (a drone WW2 plan will fly in the field to drop a bomb on a requested target, yes, it safe!) The target must NOT be a flag tank unless it is only tank left.
- Request for an artillery bombardment on any area
- Request for an intel about the location of enemy flag tank
- Send in 1 tank from your team to replace 1 of your team's destroyed tank. (your team must have a spare tank to use this support)
