Episode gets a 9/10 for me since the beginning was unbearably lagging in pace, whereas the last 5 minutes exploded (literally) in speed. ._.

+ Gurren's whip-arm-thingy was hawt. ;o

You could clearly see he was affected by Geass though when he used it.
