Given Nanoha and Fate's age, and the fact that Vivio originated in StrikerS, I daresay they're only skipping A's.

I kinda figured Hayate and Miura would be appearing... Corona was a pleasant out-of-left-field, though.

Vivio is too old in that image to be her StrikerS version. Hard to say which versions of Nanoha and Fate that is, but three years isn't going to do a whole lot to characters that were a couple years from twenty. But since I'm almost positive that's the Vivid version of Vivio, I assumed the same for Nanoha and Fate.

Maybe I'm missing the point here, but if he is drawing the Vivid versions of the characters, then the first three seasons were still skipped. But since the artist added characters in the order that they first appeared, it looks to me like he skipped over Hayate and the Wolkenritter.
