This is probably the best place to put it as manga readers would appreciate it more than non-manga readers. As confirmed by Director Nagai, Misaki will not be appearing any more in the Railgun S anime. She was meant only to have a surprise appearance in episode 1. Nagai also wants to see more of her animated (just like we all do).

Not terribly surprising. She had no business in the Sisters arc, and filler episodes of her messing with Mikoto's friends would probably touch too closely on her actions in the Daihaseisai arc.

Well I didn't expect any more Shokuhou this season anyways so it works out.

I am literally dying of anticipation for the Misaka vs Mugino fight scene. I won't even get to watch it until next Monday too...

I forgotten who was it that said it, but I agree that Saiai sounded way too serious. Though I suppose it just because of the circumstances in Railgun S.

I expect that Chinatsu would use her "Chiwa" voice in Index III.

Saiai's demeanor in the Railgun manga at this point was pretty serious, too, so it's staying true in the adaptation, at least.

That's what I mean lol. That's all she actually does in this arc.

They might make the scene slightly longer though in order to make both Shinobu and Saiai cooler.

Yeah, that's too bad.

I really wish to see her fight with Mikoto. Her [Offense Armor] created by nitrogen should be an electric insulator. It should make her immune to Mikoto electrical attack for some degree.

She should be able to rush to super-punch Mikoto in their first super meeting.

But then Mikoto would lose, railgun would end, no one would be able to help Touma later on motivation-wise with such things as punishment games when he needs it, and the world would end

Meh. There's always ways around such defenses. She could just fry out all the oxygen around Saiai and suffocate her, like the Imoutos were doing to Accelerator in the last battle.

Probelm is: In their first meeting, Mikoto will not know what is Saiai ability and will just stun for a while. That "a while or longer" is enough for Saiai to run to Mikoto and finish her off with a super-punch in face.

Think of it like this: Mikoto is walking in the labs then suddenly, a girl (Saiai) appears from a shadow in front of her and rush to her. Mikoto's first reaction will be: sending an electrical attack to stop that girl but it turns out that her attack doesn't work! Mikoto will go "WTF!? ,why my attack doesn't wor..." *get punched*
