I never liked the argument that just because Chihiro is supposed to be the normal girl it fits that she won't have a goddess, for me because she has always wanted to shine, for her to have a goddess is one of the ways her character can shine even more literally. The point is even normal people can shine. Well we will find out soon enough.

So far all the twists with the story have not involved Keima being wrong about the goddesses though. Plus if neither Ayumi nor Chihiro are Mercury then that would lengthen goddess arc even further.

And besides, in a way, you could say that the twist of Ayumi not having a goddess might be too obvious to use.

There are are many hints for Ayumi being Mercury, I don't think that the author normally uses red herrings like that?

Well, surely Miyako gets quite a screen time in recent event because of her involvement as a member of 2B Pencil...
But for her to harbour a goddess... The possibility is quite dim..
As Keima mentions, the goddess in inside the person he already conquered... Or Wakiki~sensei wanna proof that Keima is wrong there...

Anyway, we should find out the mystery in 2-3 chapters as School Festival is getting near, or not?? Haizzz....

I really don't like the idea of Miyako having a goddess. It doesn't seem like Wakaki has given enough hints to justify her being a goddess, unlike Kanon.

Miyako has be a major recurring character since the start of the manga, but she has never been given any important roles or lines.

Also, she is the only character who had the same hint as the three younger goddesses (Minerva, Mars, Mercury) - her surname. If she is truly Mercury, I am quite sure she would be the Team Mom of the six since we already have a tsundere, purity fetishist, loli with lots of knowledge (excluding THAT kind of knowledge), idiot and Amazoness for goddesses; there is a need for someone to keep them together right?
