maybe Vivio is a key entity to what the relics are or to what Lutecia may be looking for...
Now that she's been introduced, she must have some high importance to this relic case...

maybe thats one reason why Subs are taking so long to be released...

More likely then not this is the case.... At least I know for a fact Kha is less active then norm, since exams is finally caught up with him (May you get what you deserve

btw didn't Singpore ban anime torrenting and stuff like that? I need to stay away from there I think.... too bad my summer plans are all mtg related, like nationals prep...

Back to topic, what are the chances the Vivo is not the final boss as alot of people been currently speculating on....

It just might happen that, Vivio could be the result of the resurrected "Project F" that our good mad scientist has been talking about...
maybe, she doesn't have any clue about what is happening or even why she was carrying two relic cases...brainwash, could be, but maybe Scaglietti has something up his sleeve that even Lutecia doesn't know....

Well, mainly because it's implied that she's a possible "Seiou no Utsuwa"?

Worst (im)possible scenario would be the "Seiou" descends on and completely overrides what we'll know as Vivio, and starts her battle to re-establish the dominion of Velka by eradicating entire Midchilda-magic related thing on many administrated worlds...
