Bought Google Nexus 7 last week. I plan to use it mainly for reading, but it's fine for early morning browsing too. Really love this little tablet.

You know, it's nice to see people posting more interesting purchases. It was really stupid seeing crap like "groceries, lol" way back when.

I should scold you for the water bottle one, but I'll let it slide since there's a bunch of other things there too, Xefi the Xylophone Zealot

I pre-ordered a bunch of stuff but none of it's out yet. But there are a number of other things:

160gb PS3, Uncharted 1-3, Killzone 1-3, and The Last of Us.

Got my friend to help me build this new PC about a month ago:
  • Case: Antec 1100 mid-tower
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz (LGA1150)
  • MB: Gigabyte Z87M-D3H Micro ATX
  • RAM: Kingston 16GB (8GB x 2) DDR3 1600
  • GPU: ASUS GTX 780 3GB GDDR5
  • PSU: Corsair HX850v2 ATX
  • SSD: Samsung 840 PRO Series 256GB SATA3
  • DVD: Pioneer SATA DVR-220 OEM DVD-RW
  • HDD: WD Black 2TB SATA3 7200rpm
  • CPU cooler: Noctua NH-L12 Low Profile CPU Cooler
Despite the significant expenditure, I am most pleased with this purchase. Slices through most games like a katana against a watermelon.

Eh? No. Why do you think so? that's too far away from here!
and wow... that's quite a collection you have there.

Not really new, but this is the latest in my collection: a Korean Tekken doujinshi

Forgot to mention my book haul from some week back (and days back).

Normal books:
Use of Weapons - Ian M. Banks
Hyperion - Dan Simmons
The remaining books of Codex Alera (4) - Jim Butcher
The Twelve - Justin Cronin

For barely 40e over at bookdepository.

E-books (HumbleBundle, less than 10$):
Little Brother - Cory Doctorow
Just A Geek - Will Wheaton
Boneshaker - Cherie Priest
Shards of Honor, Vorkosian Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold
Spin - Robert Charles Wilson
The Last Unicorn - Peter S. Beagle

A real good haul for little money.
