I haven't watched Monster but I did read the manga and it was awesome. Eureka Seven gets really good though, just so you know.

Well, glad we could be of some help, enjoy.

How about Baccano!? It's an extremely entertaining 1930s gangster action comedy with a large cast of memorable characters and an unconventional but effective storytelling structure. It may take some time to get used to the style the story's told in, but it all comes together wonderfully in the last few episodes. It's also good for a rewatch to pick up on details you may miss the first time.

Though if you're squeamish, be warned that it's very violent.

The Kara no Kyoukai movies are a must see.
Stunningly beautiful animation, great story and awesome action.

Seto no Hanayome too, because it's the funniest anime I've ever watched.

Do not see Scrapped Princess being recommended but I also consider this a must-see.

Well, I'm not judging. It was the first anime I ever watched and it's shounen purity occupies a special corner of my anime-heart.

I can't believe nobody said Slam Dunk yet. It's funny, dramatic and it'll make you want to play basketball =)

Soul Eater was really good. I couldn't stop watching after the first episode, it had so many levels of "cool"

And Fairy Tail!?
