What is doujutsu? I find this term very confusing.

Doujutsu is usually the jutsus/technique that are done by using the eye. For example, an Uchicha can use the eye to copy jutsu. Byakugan users can see chakra flow in another ninja. In other words, the term Doujutsu indicates some sort of special property of the eye.

I'm really confused about the current state of Orochimaru in the manga. Is he dead, still inside of Sasuke, or apart of Kabuto? I remeber Sasuke Saying hes "just taken over" and now Kabuto is saying he intergrated Orochimaru into his body. So does that mean there are now two Orochimarus or what? Can anyone clear this up for me?

Kabuto has implanted Oro's body parts into his own body.
Orochimaru experimented so much on regeneration that it seems these body parts are trying to reconstruct Oro into Kabuto's body by themself.
In the other hand we have Oro's soul which might be still sealed into Sasuke's psyche.

Hence we have Kabuto as a potential physical manifestation of Oro and Sasuke who might possess the mental manifestation of Oro sealed into his head.

It's the FRS that hurts Naruto when he uses it, It takes the wind chakra and uses shape manipulation to change it into countless needles and does cellular damage to himself and the victim (Not nearly as much though).

You asked for it. As you might know Neji gets much stronger and faster with Byakugan. He even developed his own technique with the Hyuga style.

If you plan to know more stay tuned for Naruto Shippuden or start reading the manga chapters that focus on the rescue Gaara arc .
