Welcome to the boards, this is the animesuki irc channel thread, come join us at #animesuki on the mIRC-X network (irc.mircx.com). You can either use the java applet (no configuration required) or an irc client like mIRC.

For those that are new-Please read the rules and memorize them or something because I'm getting tired of people who don't even bother reading them (or those who just do !list and never bother reading them).

Few questions.

1) When i try to enter, it says "need to identify to a registered nick" what does it mean?

2)Sorry if it seems like a stupid question but... where are the rules? and how do you read them?

1) You need to register your nick, checkout this page ( http://www.mircx.com/register.html ).

2) Once you're on the channel, type !rules

I can't get onto mirc-x. I haven't been able to for a few days now, i have tried irc.mircx.com and irc2.mircx.com and used all of the ports that were listed. It keeps saying
* Connect retry #86 irc2.mircx.com (8000)
-
* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)
Any ideas?
