I love that artist, this seems like another beautiful doujin (BTW, there is a third 5th page in the authors web). I hope someone scans it, because coming from that author the quality is guaranteed. S/He's also the responsible of this cover (and many of the NanoFate pics posted by nina):

Tsukishime: You don't have to worry, usually authors introduce male characters in yuri doujins as plot devices to spice the romance with some drama, so I think we can expect some good drama and angst here ^^

Yeah, I think you can read the full thing at the artist's blog, it's like if Satashi decided to publish her 'Saved by the Bell' in a book I think. The novel seems to have around 320 pages, and for the commentaries I read it seems pretty good and touching. I would really love to read this but such translation project would be too big.
