Chapter 47:

- Kanno's training a wolf man army and he's still called the Sky God. The Wild Bunch leave behind Scipio after Kanno declared he'd kill them if they're Americans or British. They just said that they were from Bolivia.

Meanwhile, Hannibal's still being tsundere over Scipio missing.

Nobunaga's introduction to the upper class people in Orte. Note Olminu cringing at it.

Shimazu in mummy bandages scaring the shit out of everyone is LOLworthy.

Chapter 48:

- Doug and an Octobrist magician infiltrate a monster city created by the Offscourings. The latter is "quite amazed" by it.

And it doesn't look good for the former human inhabitants of the city. It's nightmare fuel.

- Doug is dead, courtesy of Yoshitsune. He shows off the vast army to the other surviving Octobrist magician.

Chapter 49:

- Somehow, the giants in armor and without them reminds me of the Titans.

- Abe no Seimei comes to save his subordinate. The Black King is still insistent that mankind is still a plague and should be killed while Seimei insists that there is still good in them.

- EASY is in his room, lounging and eating chips.

Chapter 50:

- EASY trolls Murasaki. He's still stoic.

- Shimazu trolls the dwarves to fix his katana after they told him they don't know how to fix it.

- Nobunaga is the man responsible for manipulating Orte troops in order to start fighting each other.

Chapter 51:

- The ploy worked so far. Orte troops are now fighting one another.

- Nobunaga trolls the count to join in his plans and take out Orte troops. The former refused to follow along.

The count negotiates with the Federation and shows off the musket the dwarves made.

He'd arguably be more likely to know about modern combat tactics like paratroopers if he were Jesus than if he were just some unnamed Middle Ages saint. Saints are merely humans of their era. Pious and (especially in a fantasy setting like this) "miraculously" powerful, but still ultimately mortal. Jesus is divine. A certain level of omniscience is to be expected from the Son of God.

He's got to die some time. You missed my point with the reference to FSN. The Drifters are pulled from all points in human history. Why would "when the manga was written" be an upper limit to that eligible time period?

You've got a point with followers but frankly even Jim Jones didn't have enough of a following to explain the Black King. Personally I think he is Jesus, and the recent events are trying to get us to second guess what has so far appeared to be a pretty obvious answer to his identity. If not Jesus, then Saint Peter. As an Apostle, he could perform miracles just like Jesus, and died via crucifixion as well.
