I read somewhere that member of the same family can't marry in Japan even if they are not blood related. I guess that it only counts as long as they are registered in the same family registry. The concept of a family is kind of different in Japan. A family is a legal intitution in Japan with them having the concept of "family registry". I guess as long as they are in differnt family registries they should be ok.

This OVA episode will be episode #2 since the first OVA was episode #0 and the second OVA which just got released is episode #1.
