Screw rules. Not expecting these guys to stick to them after the whole E8 phenomenon...

Anyway, this ep gets a 10/10. The massive amount tension was handled pretty well all around, especially at the mansion. Also lots of Koizumi exposition. Other things to watch out for:

Impressive water reflections
White doves (?)
Cherry blossoms in fall
Shamisen next ep!

Interesting mix going on.

Part A you have Yuki doing stuff plus Mikuru being over her head

Part B you have the main scene...In another instance, drunk Mikuru might be funny as hell.

Part C You have Haruhi mainly.

So each girl gets a moment or two to show off. And of course Tsuruya.

kaiba has a habit of saying "screw the rules i have money!" Techencily even in the normal series but not stright up. I do think princess in PPGZ actually whent so far to actually say it. I don't remember

I dont know about the rest but Sighs has truly healed the wounds of Endless Eight. Those who still bitch about the show being horrible are just bitter

Ahhh... Thanks for reminding. Managed to gloss over that trope a few months ago (already forgot about it), but I never thought it would randomly pop up here.

This is Haruhi. Tropes pop up all the time.

Heck, given the fact that Tsuruya has both money and green hair(a one-time flashback joke), I'm surprised it doesn't pop up more often.

They skipped the "SOS Brigade gets smashed" scene in Lone Island, so everyone was worried they'd skip it here too.
