how can you adjust VLC
HI im new to this so i was wondering if you can adjust the graphics for VLC.
MY codec's work fine but sometimes its very had to see whats going on in the video because its really dark. example : in naruto ep 71 , the trees are all dark. also in samurai champoo ep 1 , the envirment is so dark that you can even see whats going on. plz help me out. |

Maybe you should adjust the brightness/contrast of your monitor... or it could be that source video files weren't the best quality.... I doubt it has anything to do with VLC... try watching those files on windows media player or another media player and see if you are still having those issues...

There's an option called "extended surface" under "preferences" (names may differ, it's just a free translation of mine =)).
With that option activated you can change most options (contrast , gamme , etc.) during playback so you can adjust it to your likings. |
