Knowing more of the backstory, I perfectly understand where you're coming from, but what you write is hilariously ironic. Keep it in mind for later review. Let's just say that there is a clear reason why the blue side Kämpfer are inexperienced. I wonder when the anime will tell us - maybe already in the Shizuku date episode, but probably not much later than that.

If you guys remember, the blue kampfer has been around for 5 months in the same school, who is to say there was any before?
Shizuku might just be as new but just understand the whole kampfer thing a lot better then the others. |

Nice to see episode 8 is mainly Shizuku focused which is fine with me since imo shes the best character in series shes a lot deeper, sensitive and sensible than most audience members give her credit for. Just gotta wait for some subs thanks for the run through Mentar

Essentially, Natsuru once did the critical first step, by sparing Shizuku (and by doing so, he unknowingly did something else extremely important which I guess we will find out soon). However, ever since, it's been 95% Shizuku when it comes to forging and maintaining the truce, and background story progression - the others don't really contribute, they don't want to understand what's going on... they're just putzing around in a funny way.
More and more Shizuku reminds me of Miria from Claymore. The one smart and dependable head trying to keep her flock alive. Just glad that she's giving them heck as payback |

Episode 08's highlight is Shizuku. She is got the date part down which would ignite the fancy of a lot of Shizuku fans:
Spoiler for Shizuku:
Akane, on the other hand, got the how-to-ask-a-guy-on-a-date down... Spoiler for Ever so persuasive Akane:
I'm sure we could fit in the caption somewhere without losing any meaning to the phrase, "Bitch, we go on a date because I said so. You got that?" This is where Natsuru nods in agreement. Episode 08 was entertaining for a change unlike the last couple of episodes.

Fortunately Akane made enough impression on Natsuru to occupy a small existence among the overly crowded Kaedes'.

the ones with Kampfer Akane will be hilarious. Natsuru really pisses me off sometimes because he has Akane and Shizuku who know of his Kampfer form and male form and still like ALOT. and their feeling are pretty obvious yet he still frothes over kaede who now hates his male side and only likes his female side. come on natsuru even though you transform into a woman you are originally a man where are your balls. in the end i still like Natsuru and i hope he chooses either Akane or Shizuku. im banking on Shizuku.
