I found the ending song of Dear S ("Happy Cosmos") is very similiar to Negima!'s Asuna theme song ("Love and Dream"). Does anyone find them very similiar too?

I Haven't heard the Dear S ending song quite yet So i cant lay my opinion. ^_^
