So much this... english actos don't have the feel for the characters like original japanese have...

Good example is Emperor Charles speech from Code Geass.... the english version was..meh... the original japanese is EPIC!!!!

Hell....even the german version has more feel to it.

Point of the story - original versions are always better than dubbed versions. Because they have more feelings put into it, you can clearly see that when they talk.

Dub vs sub kinda depends also on the cast; the dub for Binary Domain, for example, is fantastic, and so are the Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex dubs. And Metal Gear Solid has always had fantastic dubs.

Admittedly, these are the minority, not the majority.

To this day, Cowboy Bebop remains the only anime where I prefer the English Dub over the original Japanese.

If they did accents based on the schools, thatn Miho and Maho would have German accents.

While accents would not be a good idea in general, Nonna could get away with it, and Kay would use a bit excessive American-isms (older slang). The others don't seem to use much save maybe a stray work here and there.

I see that Miho wears the rank of Sergeant Major, and Yukari is a Sergeant First Class. Outstanding! As a retired senior NCO, I applaud the artist! This is more fitting than Officer rank, as these girls-

1) aren't afraid of hard work
2) they know what they're doing

Well, I wouldn't say she's the worst. I mean at least she didn't pack Miho and Maho in her car and drive them into a lake while she stood on the shore watching them drown. But yeah, she does need a few "lessons in discipline".
