The fact that the voice actor is female says everything, at least I haven't heard of a male one voicing young females, not to mention she is wearing what looks like drawers (underwear, women knickers).

Sometimes it is good not to have too much action and some quiet time. Even still, they manage to include some plot and story. Next episode appears to be a cooking contest, was that Takoyaki shown in the preview?
