I generally assumed lolis had to look...like, really young. She looks too old for a loli, IMO.

The 3 members of the High Council (the brains our dear Due slashed in ep. 20), are they the ones who created the TSAB 150 year ago?
I've reviewed the 14th episode few days ago, and Fate's explications about the creation of TSAB have catch my attention: she tells Elio and Caro when the organisation appeared, where, why... but not bye who it was created. She just mentions the 3 Legendary Admirals who reorganised the TSAB 75 years ago, but that's all...

My trouble comes from the fact that one of the "brains" says in the 20th ep that they were the ones who buryed the Yurikago... but wasn't it far before TSAB's creation? @_@ (or maybe i missed something ^^").

So, with all these elements, i'd like to know... who are really the members of the High Council?

Yes, they created the TSAB, but that was 75 years ago. 150 years ago, they put an end to the chaos of the old era. So, it took them a while to establish the TSAB system.

I don't know where you got that from, but they were merely looking for the cradle.

is it just me or does it look like agita is the stronger unision device? rein was beaten in her last 2 unision fights.

There is no definite answer for this unless it comes to an actual fight between 2 100% equal parties without limits or stipulations whatsoever which will not happen. Even within canon, questions like is Fate or Nanoha better arises.

To begin with, Zest is technically stronger than both Vita and Signum. However, we don't know how much his 'condition' deteriorates his 'true' best, nor do we know how incompatible he and Agito really are compared to Rein/Wolkies to make a proper estimate. Not to mention considering how Ancient Belka is noted to be more powerful, and we're unsure if Zest is using which.

Yeah, too many unknown factors.
