The author of Highschool dxd comfirms the seiyu for other characters.

兵藤一誠（イッセー）：梶裕貴さん
リアス・グレモリー：日笠陽子さん
アーシア・アルジェント：浅倉杏美さん
姫島朱乃：伊藤静さん
塔城小猫：竹達彩奈さん
木場祐斗：野島健児さん

Himejima Akeno is voiced by Itou Shizuka
Tojou Koneko is voiced by Taketatsu Ayana
Kiba Yuto is voiced by Nojima Kenji

Its ironic how Itou Shizuka is voicing Himejima. Lot of people including myself thought that she would voice Rias because of how similar she is to Tama-nee from Toheart2.

Looking at the two green circled areas, that's where I determined that that is where her nipples are, so it's not actually strange after all. Now what is strange is why did they not pop out the moment her bra came undone (which her bra is clearly not covering her nipples)

Yes, you don't see the nipples because her breasts are pulled upwards.
Perhaps it would've been better to cover the nipples with strands of hair.
