Can anyone please give me manga that I should read. I like any type of Manga, but the genres I like the most is Action, Adventure, and Comedy. I dont really like romance but I will read it.

A list of Manga you've read in the genres you like would help.

Uhm, that's a very broad request. A list of what you've read and liked would indeed be handy.
Some obvious choices are:
Berserk: lots of action, badass MC
Fullmetal alchemist: good MC's, good villains and a bit supernatural in the mix
Hunter x Hunter: also has some supernatural elements.
Or if you prefer a female lead: Nausicaa
All off the above do a great job not just telling a story, but also spent time on the characters: give them background, show their development etc.
