Hmmm which do you guys think is more plausible:

Haruhi's desire gathered everyone into the SOS-dan.

Or Kyon's theory that maybe Yuki was lonely and decides to gather everyone.

Also, if we ignore reasons, who do you think was the one who gathered everyone.

Actually I think you have Kyon's theory slightly off... It's more Kyon hypothesizing that Yuki has always been solving incidents by herself but this time dragged the SOS-dan into the 'cave cricket' incident because she was lonely and not Yuki gathering everyone into the SOS-dan/forming the SOS-dan.

Yep I liked that idea of Yuki making this up because she was lonely. After all, she is one of those data-entities. Really really liked that last part, when Kyon was thinking about Yuki, for me it somehow gave much more depth to Yuki's character, it actually made me consider her seriously for once. This silent, book-absorbed literary club member.

I also liked the repulsor field! (I did not understand any of the references to FMP because I have never heard of FMP

) But Wow. I liked the rendering of it. One of the seriously well animated parts of this series. Gave it a 9.

Btw, sorry, offtopic, but: does anyone know in which episode will the Remote Island Syndrome continue?

I just noticed that Itsuki gives Yuki a Significant Look after he rattles off that 'perhaps it was judged that [one tenth of my power] would suffice.'

So I'm thinking that Yuki did tailor the scenario, even up to the point of deciding how powerful Itsuki would be in the dataspace so that the fight would be somewhat exciting.

how come haruhi couldnt open the door of the president but yuki could when they were at his house?
yuki used her powers or was the door really not locked?

You just answered your own question. Go read the novel version and you'll find out that it was Yuki who manipulated the door data, making it open easily.

Then after refreshing dozens of times, I saw that the counter reverts to normal [029819].
